CANSCAIP Members and Friends are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).  

ZOOM LINK:  The AGM Zoom link will be in the confirmation email you'll get after you register.

AGM FORMAT

• Zoom chat will be for seconding AGM motions or asking questions. A coordinator will monitor chat and read aloud the items.
• Board directors will make the required AGM motions.
• Everyone at the AGM can second a motion: type “Second” into chat.
• Everyone at the AGM can vote on the motions; voting will be via Zoom polls: Approve, Against or Abstain.
• The AGM will be an hour or less. 

AGM DOCUMENTS: The agenda for the AGM, the financial statements for the year ending December 31 2020, and the minutes from the 2020 AGM will be attached to the confirmation email you'll get after you register.
