ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Wed May 13 at 6:00 EST

All Members and Friends of CANSCAIP are invited to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting, which will be held via Zoom.

LOCATION: digitally, via Zoom (access information to be sent at a later date)

PROXY: If you won't be at the meeting, you can appoint someone to hold your proxy. Your appointed proxy will vote on your behalf, and your vote will be counted in the tally of votes.

You can appoint President Sharon Jennings to hold your proxy OR you can appoint any Member or Friend who will be attending the meeting. To appoint a proxy, email office@canscaip.org with PROXY in the subject line.

AGENDA, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND SLATE: The agenda, the financial statements, and the slate of nominated executive will be circulated before the meeting.
