Monique Chiam

Monique Chiam (pronounced Chee-yam) is an illustrator from Cambridge, Ontario. She is a maker of images about food, friendship and adventure. Her work combines handmade watercolour textures with digital techniques, and is inspired by her interests in music, textile arts, gastronomy, and animation. In her spare time, she can often be found visiting local destinations to sketch and paint on site with members of the Waterloo Regions Urban Sketchers group.
